Welcome to the 2018-2019 Dance Season!

 

We are thrilled that we can offer many new and exciting opportunities to our dancers this season and are proud to introduce our new Online Parent Portal and Web Registration.  On August 2, 2018 we will be opening up our live online parent portal and introducing online registration to our families.

 

ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

For your convenience Next Stage Dance and Drama Academy Dance now offers our dance families an online account management software system. Families are able to log in to their account to view and print their schedule, track their absences and makeups, update credit card or bank account information, and more!

 

PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDED CLASSES FOR YOUR DANCERS

When you log into your Parent Portal for the first time on your home screen you will find a welcome message on your home screen.  The message will include “recommended classes” for your dancer as well as “additional classes to consider”.   Your message will be customized for your dancer with classes that have been carefully selected to meet your dancer’s needs.

New Customers: If you are NEW to our Next Stage Family, please click on “New Families Register Here Today”  below where you will see our class schedule organized by each day of the week. Click on the day you are interested in coming to dance to see the offerings for that day arranged by time. This makes it easy for you to view classes that start before and after each other for families who like to stack their schedule with multiple classes in one day.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Find the class you are interested in registering for and click the red word “Register” listed to the left of the class name.

2. Fill out the information requested (fields with asterisks are required.) From there you will also be able to choose additional classes and add additional students.

3. A credit or debit card or a bank account is required in order to register.  You will NOT be billed during this process.

4. In the event that a class is full, you will see the word “Waitlist” instead of “Register.” To be entered on the waitlist, please click that button and proceed. You will be required to enter payment information; however no payment will be made on the account unless a spot becomes available. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you regarding enrolling in the class.

5.  Any comments, concerns, questions should be included in the comments box which can be found at the bottom of the registration form.  Examples of this would be questions about class placement auditions, paying in full in cash, paying via check at the studio, or anything that comes to mind that you wish the studio to address with you.  An appropriate representative from the studio will respond and get back to you as soon as possible.

6. Important-Please note that your account WILL NOT be billed and your credit card/bank account WILL NOT be charged during this process.  Our Accounts Manager will be notified via email that you have registered.  At that time, your registration will be reviewed for accuracy to ensure that your registration is complete. 

7.  Once your registration review is complete, appropriate tuition fees, registration fees, SC fees will be posted to your account.   A notification will be sent advising you that fees have been posted to your account.   Any adjustments, credits, pro-rating for later enrollments will be applied to your account at that time.  Payment due dates and options for payments are available to you in your parent portal.  You ALWAYS have the option of paying via check OR cash at the studio.

 

HOW TO USE THE PARENT PORTAL

After you are REGISTERED and enrolled in a class, you will be able to use the Parent Portal. You will create a Parent Portal account by entering the email address and portal password that you provided at registration time. If it is your first time visiting your portal and do not have or do not remember your password, click Forgot your password or need to get started? A password will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. Use that to log in to your account. From there you can change your password–just make sure it has a minimum of 8 characters, 1 of which must be a number.
