The Owens Family has over 10 years of experience running small businesses. Siblings James and Jen manage four small businesses in various industries.
Sarah, James's wife, trained in dance and earned a B.A. in Dance from Point Park University, before performing professionally in Denver, New Jersey, and Chicago. She now has 3 children and is excited to be back in the studio training the next generation of dancers!
Alejandra trained in dance from a young age, and maintains a passion and love for dance. She will be leading our Showcase process.

At Next Stage we understand that every child has a voice. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for those voices to be heard through the expression of movement. Research shows that artistic expression is invaluable to the developing child. At Next Stage our mission is to nurture and cultivate our students' stories and talents through dance.
From the most dedicated student who one day dreams of a career in dance, to our recreational students looking to move and forge lasting friendships, we are committed to providing a fun experience in which all students of all ages and abilities can learn and feel a sense of achievement.

We have two, newly renovated locations in both Mount Laurel and Barrington.
We are, and have always been,
committed to SAFE training.
We provide sprung, floating floors in all of our studios. In addition, our teachers are dance professionals who have degrees in dance and follow our established curriculum, developed over our 15 years in operation. With two convenient locations, we offer a multitude of scheduling and commitment options.

At Next Stage students are placed in the appropriate class for their ability, regardless of their age, or number of years they have been dancing. This ensures a safe and fun dance environment. We are committed to providing the most comprehensive training for our students; mind, body and soul. ALL students are given the same attention, focus and investment from our staff, regardless of the track they decide to pursue.
